Oblivion

This is an RPG game. At the start of the game, the player gets to choose his species and attributes for your character.

This is a very long game. The game starts out with your character following the king through a prison. He ends up dying and sending you on a quest to make sure the kingdom will be safe.

When i say this is a long game, I put over 100 hours into this game. The game lets the player choose the quests that he/she wants to go on. The main quest have to go in order, but the side quests can be done in any order. There are guilds in which the player can become the leader.

Having the freedom to do missions as you please is exciting. The player slowly builds up his attributes throughout the game and unlocks powers and magic.

Though this is an older game, it still makes the top 10

8/10

I adore this game. The thieves guild quest chain was my favorite. Easily the best rpg out there right now, and its funny how many games are still coming out that try to directly copy it. One thing that I don't really like about it though, and you can disagree with this if you want, is that it gets a little lonely. Its such a big world, but there are no real companions in your epic journey. I'd love to see this game combined with something like KOTOR, or Bioware's new one that I am totally blanking on the name of, even though it was also fantastic.

...Anyway, good review, and good taste!
